Our process typically begins with a review of the customer’s current solution. It may be a general target to improve visual appearance, refinement and restoration of surfaces or in-depth surface improvements.

With our expertise, we support and advise customers on the optimal surface treatment and its benefits. This includes evaluating potential adjustments to components, materials, or surfaces before treatment, as well as selecting the most suitable process for your needs.

We have experience in many fields such as steel, aluminum, titanium, copper, both 3D-printed/Additive Manufacturing components as well as cast components. We believe that there are no limits to the finishing process and welcome all kinds of challenges.

We can treat your components in one or multiple steps. These steps can be deburring, descaling, de-flashing, rust removing, inhibiting, preparing parts for further finishing, cleaning and polishing.

We offer in-house surface measurements and analysis, including surface profilometry and shape measurement using a Perthometer, Optosurf light scattering, or roundness measurements. Material removal and size are assessed with a micrometer, while chemical surface analysis is performed using a handheld XRF analyzer. For more advanced analysis, we can utilize Zygo interferometry, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDX) off-site for detailed surface characterization.
