We work closely with our customers to develop tailored surface treatment solutions.Since every system is unique, our treatments are adjusted to meet the specific needs of your product.
Our process typically begins with a review of the customer’s current solution. It may be a general target to improve visual appearance, refinement and restoration of surfaces or in-depth surface improvements. With our expertise, we support and advise customers on the optimal surface treatment and its benefits. This includes evaluating potential adjustments to components, materials, or surfaces before treatment, as well as selecting the most suitable process for your needs.

We have experience in many fields such as steel, aluminum, titanium, copper, both 3D-printed/Additive Manufacturing components as well as cast components. We believe that there are no limits to the finishing process and welcome all kinds of challenges.
We can treat your components in one or multiple steps. These steps can be deburring, descaling, de-flashing, rust removing, inhibiting, preparing parts for further finishing, cleaning and polishing.
In depth measurements & analysis
We can make inhouse measurements and analysis such as surface profilometry, chemical analysis of surfaces, Optosurf light scattering, scanning electron microscopy (sem), and other surface characterizations on request. These can be supplied to our customers.
